ABOUT

We mostly play cover songs but we also have a few original songs we throw in and we play a wide array of genres of music. . We play country tunes from Carrie Underwood, Taylor Swift, and Darrius Rucker as well as new stuff like Adele, Karmin, John Mayer and Katy Perry. We play classic rock from The Doobie Brothers, ZZ Top, and CCR as well as older classics like Sittin' On The Dock of the Bay and several songs by the Beatles. We even have taken a few rap songs from artists like LMFAO and Mackelmore and "Sultrified" them to make a completely new and unique cover. Our forte is probably in blues and jazz. We love these because we play our songs just a little different every time we play them. There's a lot of improve that goes on on stage. Lol. We’ve recently started incorporating live jam sessions where we ask the audience to pick a letter A through G and then we perform an impromptu song in the corresponding musical key. It’s a lot of fun and it’s always interesting to see where the song will end up.

Members Of Band

Sultry Sounds consists of 5 main members. Anthony Colacino from Fort Collins Co on Drums, Josh Colerick and Patrick Cassidy from Scottsbluff play guitar, Nick Brady from Gering plays Saxaphone and I sing. We also invite other musicians in the local area to play with us at times. Currently PFC Nate Jenkins of Hyannis is sitting in as our bassist. However, Josh, Nick and Nate are all moving away from the area and will no longer be able to play with us.
