British bass player recently emigrated to New Jersey. Lived in Hong Kong for 5 years prior, where the local scene is practically non-existent, so have been out of practice with being part of a band for a while. Before that very experienced with touring and gigging for 10+ years.
Can also meddle on guitar and keys, but this is more for songwriting.

Influences
90s alternative rock (Counting Crows, REM), grunge in its many forms (is it even a genre?!!), early 2000s post hardcore (Refused, ATDI, AFI), The Mars Volta, Sigur Ros, Tool, Nick Cave, 2000s metalcore/NWOAHM (Killswitch Engage, Lamb of God). But I do try and get into everything (stock answer, right?).
I learn and practice through jazz and classical.
