My name is Derek. I can growl and do deep screaming without blowing out my vocal chords. I can carry a melody and sing as well, however prefer consistent screaming and growling. I am taking voice lessons and warm ups to carry higher tunes if need be. I am very committed. Not looking to make a career, but wanting to practice regularly and play several live gigs. Possibly record an album. I can provide significant funding for a band as well. I have years of messing around in high school with my buddies as a local band. If I had to choose a singer that my voice most closely resembles, I would say Brandan Schieppati of Bleeding Through. If you want to test drive this singer...... I am happy to audition!
