ABOUT

Hey my name is Derek and I am a Worship Pastor for Resonate Church - a newly developed church in the North Indianapolis area (1801 E 86th St). I am currently looking to add musicians to our team to play for our 1 Sunday service. We are a young church (average age between 21-45), and progressive in style. My wife and I were former Worship Pastors for Hillsong Church in Sydney, Australia - so our current musical style is very similar. Our other musical influences for our Sunday service include: Hillsong United, Bethel, Elevation Worship, Jesus Culture, and Passion.

We are not your average new church! We have a heart to see people far from God come to know God and see their lives radically changed - so we tend to attract the bar-hoppers, clubbers, strippers, and everyone in between. Because of this, our atmosphere and style of music reflects a high energy environment - just like you would experience at a high end concert. We have a great sound system and great equipment, and as such we are looking for GREAT players. Our standards are high from both a musical and spiritual standpoint, but we are also very intentional about investing into our team - we want to add value to you as a person AND as a musician.
