Music and artistry is everywhere in my blood. My dad has sang and played guitar professionally for years and has the most pleasant bass voice ever. I have many other family members who have lots of talent. I feel I do as well. I’ve always wanted to do something with it but have never chosen to and now the thought cannot leave my mind. I’ve thought about singing and writing professionally for years and now for so many reasons, I’m compelled to do so.

I’m untrained but I do have lots of time under my belt singing. I’ve always sang in church and have always gotten compliments ever since I was a little kid. I’m also the guaranteed good time at the karaoke bar with my friends.

I’ve always had a massive appreciation for artistry and use musicians stories during work constantly. I sell and design high end stereo systems for a living. Music is a huge part of my life, but from a more peculiar angle than what most people would come to know.

The stories I tell combined with the experience of the systems I present to people, has often times made strangers cry right in front of me. I have to come to know them somewhat intimately in a short period of time and then introduce the proper story that I feel confident will illicit an emotional response to the experience.

I’ve been told countless times by people that I’ve changed their life. The feeling is so gratifying and I yearn for it every day. But I have so much more to offer.

I’ve done some experimental writing with taking certain songs that I like and writing replacing the existing lyrics with lyrics of my own. The response has shown me that I am confident that I can write, however it is hard to use someone else’s emotional creation to then be replaced by my own. It almost doesn’t feel right I guess.

I know that if given instrumental music that moves me, I can apply lyrics. And belt them the fu*k out.

Them pipes. Again, I’m somewhat untrained. However, I’m a loyal team mate and friend. I listen. I’m coachable. I’m open minded.
