New to the Boston area!

Started playing violin at the age of 4 on the suzuki method. After starting classes at Florida State University, I quickly turned over to celtic, folk, and country and haven't looked back. I started my own record label at Florida State when I was 19. I stepped down as CEO about six years ago but as far as I know it's still running strong.

I won a state wide classical competition when I was 7 (Florida) as well won the Florida State folk fiddle competition last year in White Springs. I grew up playing with the Florida Symphony Youth Orchestra and National Symphony Youth Orchestra. Since I started fiddling, I have had the opportunity to play with Andy Leftwich, Aaron O'Rourke, and many others.

I am looking for an Irish band to join in the Boston area. I'm completing my graduate degree but I should be available in the evenings and on weekends. I fiddle and sing (mezzo) and I'm a bit rusty now but I used to Irish step dance as well.
