Destroy the Titan is a metal band based out of Greenville South Carolina. A project started by guitarist Pat McGinnis and Dana Bryant in 2014. The duo blended their two different styles,  Patricks main influence is metal core like August burns red. Dana brings in the death metal / deathcore influences like Nile and impending Doom although both love all genres of metal.  Chris King was recruited late 2014 to play bass but he doesn't quite play the a bass as you might expect.  Instead,  he uses an 8 string tuned one octave down from drop c.  This gives an absurd low end like a bass yet the ability to be a third guitarist. Chris has a jazz background but also loves metal of all forms. After the band got a thumbs up from Niles, Karl Sanders on the music the three Guitarists decided to press on and continue to collaborate to make music, with hopes to release a band EP in 2015.
