I started playing bass at sixteen, then slowly picked up piano shortly after. I began playing ukulele about two years ago until I outgrew it and craved more strings. I am now focusing on the acoustic guitar.

I have been playing music up to this point for my own personal enjoyment. I have never had any formal lessons, but I feel I have developed a fairly healthy understanding of how music works and how to harmonize.

I have very little experience playing with others up to this point, which is what brings me here. I would like to branch out, meet some new people, and hopefully further expand my musical knowledge and experience.

Being that I am so inexperienced in playing in a band, I'm hoping to find some equally inexperienced and dedicated individuals to learn with. It would be awesome to play with some more established and experienced people, but that's just wishful thinking.

As far as what type of music I like to play, my first choice is anything in the rock genre. However, I usually find myself enjoying just about anything I am capable of playing. With that being said, I am open to playing any genre of music and I'm very enthusiastic about researching anything I have yet to encounter.

Without my grandmother, I never would have had the opportunity to lay hands on a piano.

I feel like I could list off a bunch of artists from groups that I like and virtuosos on the instruments I play, but I don't feel like that's going to give you much insight about me.
