Drastic Fall began as a concept inside of the mind of its guitarist, Richard "Dick" Nasrallah. Like Dr. Frankenstein's creation, Dick's vision is both human and monster, relatable, but frightening. Dick's brain child was born when he began collaborating with Christopher "Monkey" Fotter, and Andrew "Toby" Williams in 2006. Drastic Fall's music is a cacophony of mind-blowing, in-your-face metal with multiple different musical genre overtones. Their sound varies from easy listening, to carnival noises and everything in between. The music is laden with superhuman guitar riffs, rhythmic bass lines, obstreperous drum beats. Tampa Bay Metal Examiner describes this idiosyncratic band as ?how many bands can make you want to roller disco and start a giant circle pit in the same verse?? Drastic Fall is the pretty side of ugly and everything, all the time, all at once. Drastic Fall has two endorsements, Snake Oil Strings and Evander Beer. They also performed and were interviewed on two Tampa Bay radio stations, WMNF-88.5FM and WTAN-AM1340. Their most recent accomplishments include opening for national acts "Mushroomhead, Indorphine, Psychostick, and Alien Ant Farm". Drastic Fall has also just released their first self-produced CD, "Everything, All the Time, All at Once" and DVD "Stuff and Things". Experiencing a performance live is like falling into the stage that is the six-hundred-sixty-sixth wonder of the world. intense, a little weird, but absurdly awesome and strangely appropriate all at the same time.
