I am a metal vocalist looking to start a christian metal band, I have a few people that I've been talking to including a committed bassist, and two or three guitarists that are strong potentials. I'm willing and open to give anyone a chance though seeing as nothing is certain with the guitarists as of yet. However, I'm mainly looking for a drummer.
I see myself as a pretty open minded christian that doesn't like to judge people. One of my focal points, in fact, is that I can't stand how some Christians quote scripture and tell people thing like, "If you get a tattoo you're going to hell." That is one of my biggest pet peeves because it just seems like these people will quote every scripture other than the one that says "he who is without sin may cast the first stone." Meaning we are all sinners so none of us can pass judgement on another... Judgement is for God alone. Other than that I and my friends/potential band mates are really cool, chill, laid back guys. I for one am very serious and committed to starting a band but I still know how to have fun while getting stuff done.
