ABOUT

I dig on rock music and blues. I like to play stuff like "One Headlight", "Pink Houses", "Suspicious Minds", "The Weight", stuff like that. I like the Rolling Stones and the Beatles and the Who. In terms of 90s-00s stuff, I like to play The Wallflowers, Green Day, that kind of stuff. Good, electric and sometimes acoustic rock n roll. I'm easy to get along with--a kind of John Entwistle type. I think of a band as a kind of a gang--I'm not really into the type of band where you don't hang out and you play together and sound awesome but hate each other and never talk to each other. On the flip side, the primary purpose of a band is to play awesome music. From a business point of view, the primary job of a cover band is to play three and four chord basic primal rock tunes in order to make women dance, so men dance and sweat and buy beer. You've got to understand that. A band is four or five people who like each other who are bonded by music.

EQUIPMENT

left handed Epiphone Les Paul Standard, left handed Squier Tele, VOX AD15VT practice amp, Behrenger 2x10 for gigs, delay pedal, some other pedals. Pretty basic rig. You don't need complex, fancy vintage gear to play what I play. Not that I wouldn't like some, but you don't need it.
