My name is Joe and I front a band called Shoelace Express out of Ontario, CA and we're looking for a female guitarist who is able to switch from rhythm and lead guitar and can also sing backups and harmonies as needed.

Currently there is me on guitar (lead and rhythm), bass, drums, and a 4th guy who is a utility player switching from keys to guitar and other miscellaneous instruments as needed. Our influences date back to the '90s and 2000s alternative rock that would have been heard on KROQ, Alt987, or KCAL Rocks.

We tend to rehearse at least once a week in Ontario or Walnut. We are writing original music, but we generate income to be able to afford studio time and marketing by playing 3-4 hour shows at bars and venues with lots of covers from our favorite artists. I have 2 of our originals posted on my profile for you to check out.
