Distortion 7 is a female-fronted American rock band founded in 2012 in West Palm Beach, Florida. Currently covering the best in rock and alternative metal over the past 45 years (Jimi Hendrix, Pink Floyd, Pat Benatar, Alice in Chains, Tool, Godsmack, and many more) at their local public and private shows, the band is submerged in the creative process of writing original material. This material will be introduced into the band’s cover sets little by little to gauge the feedback of fans. Distortion 7 plays what they love, but they also want you to love what they play. ***We are currently seeking a BASS GUITARIST and LEAD GUITARIST. We are all laid back and open-minded, but very committed to making this work. What we are missing is other players who can be equally as dedicated. No egos, please! We currently practice once per week. We have many serious connections in the South Florida bar / venue / promoter scene, so getting gigs is not a problem as long as we have our $#!% together.
