Longtime musician here, but have only recently (the last two years or so) have taken up the drums. Am at a point where I'm looking for others just to jam with and see what happens. My prior experiences have involved playing woodwinds in jazz and big band settings, so the smallest group I've ever really played with before was 18 other people. And the smaller dynamic is what I'm currently looking for.

I'm influenced by all music. My playlist is extremely wide and varied. I tend to lean personally towards harder rock and metal for my own enjoyment, but I'm not particularly looking to play metal at the moment by any means (I'm not that fast).
