ABOUT

I'm currently playing guitar with a drummer in DC and we're looking for an upright bassist to join us to play mostly original music that we've written. The music is broadly rock and roll, with a lot of punk energy, surf, jazz, blues, twangy country, spaghetti western, swing, and other styles thrown it (similar to Reverend Horton Heat). About 1/3 of the songs are instrumentals. Vocals are a team effort. I play a hollowbody Gretsch with filtertrons through a Vox tube amp and sometimes a Fender Deluxe.
