ABOUT

Howdy folks!
Thanks for checking out the D.N.R. Bandmix page.

We are a 3 piece Classic Rock/Heavy Metal band seeking a (preferably female) vocalist.

Must have vocal range in the upper registers. Must enjoy classic rock and be able to hit the notes of those types of singers.

Would be happy to add songs/modify set based on singers ability/preferences. Flexible, laid back band. . . lets jam!

Band ready/capable to play gigs as a 3 piece - but could really hit our stride with the right vocalist. Have 30+ song set list.

Must be willing to practice 1x per month with band and practice on own to learn set list. Sometimes more/less.

This project is focused on vintage 70's and early 80's classic rock/early metal sound.
Classic gear and classic approach are being taken to capture the "Physical Graffiti" vibe.
Cover choices include: Zeppelin, UFO, Rainbow, Deep Purple, The Who, Black Sabbath, Hendrix, Motorhead and Michael Schenker.
Originals are not the focus but are "cut of the same cloth" as the vintage albums from those bands.

Have connections in the Indianapolis and Chicago area for shows. We practice in Zionsville and/or Rockville IN as well as Cary IL (North Chicago Suburb).

Influences

Black Sabbath, Led Zeppelin, Rainbow, Deep Purple, UFO, Michael Schenker, Judas Priest, Motorhead, Fastway.

Many more individual influences, but these would be the focus of the band's ideal sound.

As mentioned above, we are flexible if singer has preferences or suggestions.

If interested, email us for the set list!!

Members Of Band

D. - Guitar
N. - Bass/Guitar
R. - Drums (drummer sings lead until singer joins, will switch to backup vocals)
Singer = you???

Guitarist/Drummer have played 100+ combined gigs. Bassist has less gigs played, but very solid. Plenty of experience and confidence here. We need your help to take this band to the next level.

EQUIPMENT

This band is not hurting for equipment. It's ridiculous. In fact, we should probably downsize. All members have pro gear, way too much to list.
Full PA, light racks, fog machines, etc.

Singer would just need to show up and rock.
