I’m a music ed student who spends a lot of time gigging with all sorts of local bands, from hardcore punk to bebop with the oldheads in town. 3 years in the top big band and wind ensemble didn’t hurt, either!
I’ve always had dreams of being a professional touring musician, and figure now’s as good a time as ever to give it a shot!
I take pride in my ability to play to the room, blend in an ensemble, and tastefully interact with the musicians around me while keeping a phat groove going!
Also I don’t enjoy getting super hammered on the gig, so there’s that!

I’ve got a sweet 1976 Ludwig kit in glorious walnut cortex finish for the heavier gigs, and a modern Pearl bop kit in black sparkle for jazz and acoustic hits!
I’ve also got a wide array of high end cymbals to cover just about anything a gig could throw at me!
