Looking to replace our drummer; s:///thetwohearted
We're an original rock band with Alt-Country/Roots/Americana leanings, and our drummer moving out of state. We've been playing together for over six months now and have our sh*t together such that we'd be ready to gig within a few weeks of finding a replacement. This is not a situation where we'd have to muddle through for a few months getting up to speed; we're ready to gig and record.

We're looking for a fun, creative, talented, and reliable drummer. We're late 30s early 40s, if that matters. It doesn't to us.
For influences think like Old 97s, Johnny Cash, Jason Isbell, Devil Makes Three, John Prine, Ryan Adams, Drive By Truckers, Ray Wylie Hubbard, Alejandro Escovedo, Wilco, and on and on. We have roughly 25 originals that we're pretty much up to speed on, and we're always working on new stuff.
We're super easy to get along with, pretty chill and don't take ourselves too seriously. We have practice space in Howell and in Wixom (have drum kits both places) but are open to whatever else within reasonable driving distance from around there. Practice roughly once a week.
