Over Encumbered is an up and coming Metal/ Rock band always looking to make progress. We are looking to begin shows in Chattanooga this year and with luck begin our journey as musicians. We are currently braiding together a more advanced musical outlook in our work and looking to tie together any loose ends that remain. We are as well looking to fill the gaps with musically inclined individuals so if you believe you would be of good benefit to the band will would love to hear from you. Any advice and critiquing is always appreciated.
