Hey there,


I'm a 40 year old Drummer with over 25 years experience. My family just relocated to the Parrish area in January and I'm seeking working cover bands to join or sub for. I'm coming from a wedding band, corporate event band type of background in the last 10 years. I have a BA in Percussion performance. Lived, played and recorded in the Los Angeles Area for 6 years, before moving back to CO to start a family. For the last 10 years I've been playing in several country cover bands, sometimes playing around 90 shows a year (The Country Music Project and Buckstein). For the last year and a half, I've played with an all pro top 40 band called Just Dance Band. It's a pretty unique set up where the whole show is programmed, so I'm playing along to backing tracks, the actual music videos for the songs and a click. It's a silent stage, so no amps on stage and I'm playing my electronic kit....It's really fun actually and I've gotten quite good at it.

I'm proficient in just about every type of music that I can think of, including studying Afro-Cuban, Jazz, etc. However, I prefer to pay pop, hip hop and reggae. I lived in Miami for a year while attending University of Miami for my Masters and fell in love with reggae playing in an Haitian Reggae band. I have both professional acoustic and electronic kits, mics, in-ear system, etc.
