Formally (classically) trained from age 6 by Karen Erving-Pershing (past president of the Percussive Arts Society; Los Angeles Philharmonic), John Lindberg (Chief Percussion Dept. US Navy School of Music; VA Symphony) and Roland Gilbert (Senior Chief US Armed Forces School of Music) among others. Graduate, US Armed Forces School of Music; featured soloist US Navy Steel Band (1976), US Navy Showband South & Commandants of Dixieland (New Orleans, LA). 35+ year touring/recording career with Rock, Pop, Country, Big Band and Jazz ensembles. Extensive television theme and commercial studio work. Mentored by Larrie Londin among others.
Currently Senior Partner/Drummer: Room Full of Mirrors on hiatus and available for hire. Seeking professional touring position.
I am also currently a Recreational Music Volunteer at the Salisbury, NC Veteran's Administration Hospital facilitating and coordinating the "G.I. JAMS" program on the first Monday evening of every month. Please feel free to join us.

Primary drum kit: 12 piece (more or less), vintage, custom Slingerland Magnum Force (consecutive serial numbers), Chrome over 9-ply rock maple; Gilbralter rack system and cases. Extensive Zildjian, Sabian and Wuhan cymbals and gongs.
Various drum kits, percussion instruments, Audix and Shure microphones, sound re-enforcement (mixer boards, power amps, EQ, effects, cabling, side fills and monitor wedges), stage lighting, etc. Details on request.
