Band to Join.

ABOUT

Drummer seeking new band to play with or studio session work.
Interested in playing mix of originals and covers. Not interested in bands that solely play covers. Trying to stay within an hour of Port Orchard for regular groups, can travel further for session work. Can also rehearse at my home if playing with a small group, I have a 32 channel digital mixer and headphone amp with Shure headphones. I also own mics and a couple DI boxes. I use an electric kit at home, and amps would need to be direct to board to keep volume down for neighbors.

I have 32 years experience playing rock, pop, country, and blues.
I have a day job that pays the bills and a family, so my time is only so flexible, but I am available most nights and weekends. I am also available as a sit in drummer for the occasional gig if I am given at least a week's notice, preferably 2 to learn the set.

I have a Gretsch Renown Maple acoustic set with Zildjian cymbals (all professional level) The size of my setup is flexible, so it can be trimmed down for smaller venues. I have a full suite of Audix drum mics for my acoustic set.

I also have a custom Roland TD-50X electronic set, with Roland cymbals and snare, and custom toms/kick. The setup has a few configurations. The primary setup is built into a full size drum kit for stage presence. I also have a set of pancake toms and a small kick for smaller venues.

My rehearsal space has a 32 track Presonus digital mixer, Presonus 6 channel headphone amp, all cables we could ever need for them, DI boxes, Shure Super 55 Deluxe mic, 2 Shure Beta 52 mics, as well as a few Sennhieser dynamic mics. The digital mixer is plugged into a computer that can record rehearsals if we are so inclined.
