I’m a drummer who’s been playing drums for
about 10 years now. I’m honestly just seeing what’s out there in terms of musicianship and seeing if I’m able to possibly join a band or group of musicians to get and play at some gigs with. My background for drums comes from playing at my previous church for over 8 years, and a lot of my experience is in doing live performances in front of a couple hundred people as well as doing a decent amount of studio work.
To be completely honestly the reason I’m doing this at all is just to see if I can get back into playing live performances again, as I miss the feeling and energy of playing live even in a small venue.
I still have my day job which I would not want to leave but anything I can do on the side to get back into playing with a band would be amazing.
I love playing rock, alternative, punk, and I know a little bit of jazz.
