Influences
For band purposes I'll say Eagles, Doobie Brothers, America, Beatles, Stones- Personally more like Dianna Krall, Candy Dulfer, Mindi Abail, Boney James, Jane Monheit. I really like smooth jazz but also Zydeco and all of the usual Southern Rock staples.
Members Of Band
An excellent guitarist with about the best gear one can get. He has a British Invasion influence and knows lots of Beatles stuff and a female singer with a great Bonnie Raitt type sound and an extensive repertiore, plus me, a keyboard/genenalist/rover. We're all about 50 or a little younger with varying degrees on experience.
EQUIPMENT
Kurzweil and Korg keyboards, Roland amps, Yamaha sax, great PA gear, Epiphone and Yamaha guitars plus assorted others, lots of guitar amps, decent bass gear and some recording equipment. And that's just my stuff. Other members of the band have more.
