I've been play drums for 34 years. I'm 46 years young. I'm in shape and I am ready to find a band or even start a band! I am laid back and filled with energy. I want to get into a serious band and commit myself to hard work. I've been in a few bands over the years but nothing in a long time. I chose work and family over a rock and roll career. I am ready to ROCK! I have and open mind and a heart filled with music! I'm dying to play in an established band but I would love to start a new band as well! Anything Goes! Progressive Rock, Hard Rock, Blues, Funk, Classic Heavy Metal!

Influences
RUSH! I've seen this band 57 times! They are touring this summer. I can't wait! So yes Neil Peart is my biggest influence. I love almost everything out there except speed metal. I have a double pedal but I love using it during fills or as accents. I love Stewart Copeland. I am a huge fan. Jeff Porcaro too. Hi Hat Kings. Simon Phillips is another one of my favorites. Dave Weckl, Tim Alexander, Mitch Mitchell, Buddy Rich, Keith Moon. You name it, I love it and I will play it. I just need the time and the right guys! Tommy Lee, Bobby Blotzer. Blue Oyster Cult Rules! Steely Dan? Steve Gadd. Whatever. I will do whatever it takes to play in a band ready to go. I'm in the Hayward area but I will go anywhere in the Bay Area! Cheers!

EQUIPMENT
I have two awesome DW drum kits. My bigger kit is here in my garage.
My other kit is down at my work. Both drum sets are tour ready.
I've put a lot of money in them and time. Splashes, crashes, china boys, wind chimes, cowbells, woodblocks!
Just always playing alone. I'm tired of it.
I want to play in a studio. I want to play live!
I don't do drugs. I do enjoy ice cold beer. That's it!
Another band I love is UFO! "Let It Roll" you guys!

If you have a drum set already in your studio no biggie. I will bring my sticks.
I use Pro Mark 747 Neil Peart. I also use Simon Phillips sticks. Also Dave Weckl Vic Firth.
