I am an experienced drummer who has retired from the original scene. i have lots of stage experience (http://www.metal-archives.com/artists/Ed_LaGraize/147693), some recording experience (4 studio albums/demos, http://www.leftoffthedial.com/Blastmat.htm, http://www.rockdetector.com/artist/usa/east+hartford/blastmat, http://westsidedave.tripod.com/Reviews-14.html)- I have played large venues and clubs in Boston, NYC, Hartford and New Haven and I have played countless bars from Boston to New York City, down to Delaware and Philadelphia and west to Albany, NY. I am looking for a regularly working (working meaning paid) classic rock, metal, or blues band. I would prefer to replace your current or recently departed drummer for the next paid gig. I have lots of professional equipment (photos), a day job, and my own transportation. I am available for rehearsals any weeknight after 6pm and weekends anytime. I can gig any evening. I have mp3s and 4s to pass along if you are interested. I am in the process of gathering more live samples of differing genres for this profile. I have opened for many national acts over the years (Agnostic Front, Misfits, Motorhead, Powerman5000, Dizzy Reed, Social Distortion, Whitesnake, etc, etc..) with my original projects and I know a ton of classic rock, punk, and alternative/modern rock covers from my many cover projects although most of my recording experience is in hard-core, metal, and punk-metal. I am educated in blues, funk, jazz, and Latin as well as rock and Irish folk. I am a fast learner and I am easy to work with. Drop me a line and let me know what you are looking for style-wise.
