ABOUT
I am an guitarist specialized in writing and performing solo arrangements for samba and Brazilian music and also playing and improvising over jazz and bossa nova standards.
As a composer, I have recorded three albums with Brazilian's finest musicians such as Toninho Horta, Yuri Popoff, Nivaldo Ornelas, Carlos Malta, Gilson Peranzetta, Zeca Assumpção, Marcio Bahia, Nenê, Benjamin Taubkin, Toninho Ferraguti, Fabio Torres e João Parahyba.
As a musician, I have more than 30 years of practice, both in studio and live.
From working onboard a ship, restaurants and hotel gigs, ballroom concerts, to working as accompanist for singers in Brazil and Italy.
I can play many styles, I've already played almost all genres of music, in almost all formations.
Now I am really focused on arrangements for Brazilian music, but, as I can read and also have a trained ear, I can figure out how to fit in, in almost any genre of music.
