I had the privilege of making music for 13 years with friend and fabulous guitarist Ivan Lee - together we were the acoustic duo IvyLane! We recently (Mar 1, 2020) performed our last show as a duo and Ivan (& his amazing wife) have relocated to sunny CA. I'll be putting together a new duo in the near future...stay tuned! Meanwhile, revisit some of the IvyLane fun from over the years at ./ivylanetunes and .IvyLaneTunes
I perform solo vocals for weddings and other special events (usually w/wonderful guitar accompaniment), and also sing Jazz at various local venues.
Occasionally I sit in with "the boys" of Miles From Chicago, lending female vocals to this all-star band's lineup of rock, pop, blues, & R&B dance tunes...music to get you moving! From time to time I also join 3 Trick Pony on vocals, performing always live, always danceable tunes of the 70s, 80s, 90s, and today. And when the stars align I get to perform with some of the top jazz talent in the Greater Seattle Area.
Previously, I enjoyed my time as lead female vocalist for 7.5 years for the Seattle area's high-energy band The Tropics, performing everything from Elvis and Etta to No Doubt and Aerosmith and everything danceable in between.
I've worked with Robert Lunte at The Vocalist Studio International here in Seattle for some serious, cutting-edge vocal training (.thevocaliststudio), am currently working with Dr. Kari Ragan & Jordyn Day, and am also studying with the one and only jazz queen Greta Matassa.
