I cut my teeth at 8 performing for the Oklahoma opry for 5 years and entered every singing contest ever since. I tried out for American Idol once. I was lead vocalist for a local Oklahoma band called Banana Seat in 1999 and followed up with my own band His Girl Friday for a year afterwards. I have shared the stage with Bryan White as well as my father in Nashville Tennessee who has himself played with David Anthony (An original band member for George Strait). My aunt is Jody Miller known for her Grammy for Queen of the House. My godfather is Henson Cargill who coined the hit Skip a Rope. I continue to play the blues, soul and jazz and many other genres in and around Oklahoma City.
