Looking to form a band. This is a hobby that i want to turn into gigs at local bars/events and then see what happens. Ideally start up with a set of covers and gradually replace the covers with originals.
I have a full time job which is my priority. I am a novice guitarist that has performed on stage before and learned a few covers with my previous band before i got a job offer in San Diego (march 2010). Let's form something cool..have some fun and see where we can take this.

So far, just me.. I envision myself as rhythm guitarist, but it may work to start a power trio and go from there.

an old cabinet that i will replace as a band forms.
Plan to buy a Schecter hellraiser guitar or similar when things start to take off.. right now i have a doubleneck gibson epiphone, an accoustic and an old Peavey
