My name is Emette Massey. I play drums/percussion in a power trio called Interruption. Our current lineup consists of Lead guitar, bass, drums and a lead vocalist. All band members are seasoned musicians with a long-playing history (20-30 years each). We're all laid back with a good sense of humor. You're able to express yourself and contribute freely without drama or criticisms. No egos get in the way of our music.
We are seeking a female backing vocalist player who first and foremost loves music, can add/enhance our music, contribute to our song catalog and provide some good harmonies. If you play keys that's a plus. We typically practice at least once a week in a small studio located in Hickory, NC. Our music has been described as very dynamic, melodic, with hints of classic and progressive rock and metal.
