Eric OHara

Currently back in Northern NY (Essex) on tour with the Gibson Brothers Band for their new album - Mockingbird and playing when home with The Steady Benders out of Essex County NY. Previously played with the band Uncle Flatty or UF. .uncleflatty out of Connecticut for 4 years. While in CT I continued to make as many gigs as physically possible with Plattsbrugh based band - Zip City Blues - .zipcityblues. Prior to CT played with Zip City regularly for approximately 15 years.
I've been giggin for 35+ years – lead, rhythm, slide and pedal steel guitar as part of many different bands and also played as a duo/trio from the Zip City Band as well. I can still play 5 string banjo although do not currently own one. Love the Blues, Country Blues, Hillbilly R&R, Tex Swing, Funk etc.... If anyone needs guitar, slide guitar or pedal steel guitar in the studio - let me know. I have experience on several albums over the past few years playing pedal steel, slide and electric guitar. Check out Tim Brick's latest album - I play pedal steel and some slide as well. I also play acoustic steel and classical style guitar as well.
