Bass Guitar, Keyboard, Lead Guitar, Vocalist.

Drummer/background vocalist that is now an empty-nest Dad/Husband, looking for serious-yet-fun ex-pro's like me that either have a band I can join, or want to put a really good band together. The ideal is good enough to make money doing gigs but not dependent on music as only income source.Though a product of the 70s music decade, open to many styles that are rock-based.

Beginning at age 12, I learned by playing along to specific records and duplicating what those drummers did, thereby combining all those styles into what became my own.Two favorite bands from those teen years that have NOTHING to do with each other, but are most influential on my drumming are Yes and Little Feat, after which would come early Chicago, Steely Dan, The (Dixie) Dregs, Police, Pretenders, Dave Mathews, and even Radiohead.

primary kit is a '65 Gretsch, two extra snares, a recently purchased Roland TD 17 (for practice) mic and boom stand for back-up vocals. I also own my fathers Yamaha baby grand piano and an Epiphone Acoustic guitar but don't play those well enough for performing.
