Looking for a music side hustle primarily for enjoyment and to keep up my vocal skills! I’m classically trained but have been venturing into other music realms. My favorite is modern folk but I also enjoy some pop and an occasional country song. I can read music but am not the best sight reader, as voice was my primary focus. However, I recently taught myself how to read lead sheets and can accompany myself on the piano (nothing fancy). I’ve never been in a band, and only have solo or duo experience. Looking for something easy going and flexible. I am an elementary school teacher and mother of two young kids so I am busy busy. Summers I am definitely more available. I would love to find a group/person to jam with and maybe play some local gigs!
