ABOUT

Looking to get back into Classic Rock, Country, blues, &/or various other styles of music including acoustic. Looking to start some weekly jam sessions, maybe play locally since I work during the day. Would like to find a female vocalist (I love doing hamonies/duets too!) another guitar player and a drummer and bass to start practicing covers to tighten performances up enough to play locally and/or have fun creating originals. I have access to use a practice room here locally on Saturdays. Later, we could rent a practice room (I found a place to play/access 24 hours here in Escondido). If you are half good, let's jam and see how it goes. You can email me on this site. I have not played professionally yet but strive to do weekly gigs once enough songs are rehearsed/developed. I am open to what you like as well, but it depends on if you are serious and professional (meaning you show up and get there and don't flake out all the time.)

Influences

Varied - Dire Straits, Katy Perry, Pat Benatar (Neil Giraldo rocks!) Sting, Bob Dylan, Tom Petty, Bonnie Raitt, Paramore, Christina Perry, Lady Antebellum, Evanescence, Billy Idol, Tim Mcgraw, Toby Keith, Stones, ZZ top, modern hits ...too many to list. I'm all over the map, but I like most anything except reggae, and rap. I am open to other types of music, as I pretty much like it all. I'm in to doing some originals as well (not necessarily mine but yours). Let's talk and and maybe share some tunes.

EQUIPMENT

Fender Telecaster Electric w/distortion & Ovation acoustic/electric guitarr, Marshal amp. Portable PA - only 125 watt for medium sized gigs with two mics. Hoping to get a Strat or a Les Paul and trade in the Tele, possibly.
