I'm interested in playing lead guitar in some kind of jazz/fusion/experimental/progressive type band. Preferably instrumental, but willing to explore something with a vocalist. Willing to start up a new band if there's a someone out there on keys, bass, or drums looking to start something like this.
The vibe I'm seeking is chill, interesting time signatures, non-traditional jazz song-writing.
Not interested in cover bands. We're artists - we should be writing our own material.
I've been playing and creating music off and on for 25+ years now, playing guitar in rock, metal, alternative bands, composing lots of electronic synth music on my own.

Influences
Ghost-Note, Snarky Puppy, Jazzbois, Yussef Dayes, Glass Beams, Owane, pretty much any 70s/80s/90s jazz/fusion band. I also tend to listen to a lot of bossa nova, samba, newer jazztronica artists for inspiration.
