I would like to start a new band/project with like-minded people. I wouldn't mind joining a pre-existing band either, though. I don't have too many specific expectations, but all I prefer is that you are within the age range of 16-28 and that you aren't located too far from me.
I would be most interested in playing Metal (preferably Black Metal, but I would consider others too). I have quite a bit of experience with Post-Rock and Indie Rock as well, so those are some additional options. I would also enjoy acoustic/folk type stuff. Those are kind of the main styles I'm comfortable with. But send me an email (see below) if you want to jam something different. I can be flexible.
I can do scream vocals for Metal. I can play good rhythm guitar for any of my listed genres, and also cover lead guitar every now and then. I also play a bit of bass guitar, so I can fill in for that, too.
Note: I have little experience with formal music theory. Don't expect a complete pro in that regard. Ideally I'm jamming with people of similar skill levels.
