I can sing. I am known for being able to actually pull off Bring Me to Life and Crazy On You/Barracuda/Alone at a karaoke bar and having new 'fans' come up to ask if I sing professionally or if I've tried out for American Idol(yes I did! mainly to get a friend to do it). I don't have a ton of stage presence but hey, that can be learned, right? Should be pretty obvious that I'm a soprano by my song choices. I don't have a really gritty, gravelly voice and I have no desire to take up smoking or turn my vocal cords into hamburger meat to achieve that kind of sound. I stay on key and know my sh*t. Oh, and I get sick and lose my voice for about a week twice a year pretty much without fail. Oh well, what can you do?
