I enjoy experimenting with music. Different loops, beats and vibes. My music comes from my heart as do my lyrics. I generally record before I write. When I sing via ad lib it's more real and visceral. I write music with no words because the notes and tempo sing them for me. I have written rap songs into folk songs. Twisted old classics. Made every song I learned that's wasn't mine my own. Easier to remember that way, I think. I can't read music and I don't know any scales. My heart and soul guide my fingers where they need to go
