Drums, Upright bass.

Experienced, older guitarist looking to form a jazz/blues trio with an experienced (pro or advanced level) upright bassist and drummer (or a duo with an upright bassist) to do a range of jazz/blues-oriented music to include some select jazz standards, jazzy blues, and maybe some funky jazz/fusion.

The ability to play (and draw from) other genres and to blend influences would also be desirable, but the chops and feel for jazz (and blues) are the most important.

I'd like to work toward gigging on a regular basis when it's safe again to do so and am looking for people who are dependable and who can commit the time to rehearse and gig.

Most recently, I worked with a female vocalist in a jazz-based duo doing a number of gigs locally. In years past, I've played full-time for a living and have played many different musical styles. I've also been teaching guitar for a number of years, have had many students, and am currently teaching online guitar lessons.

I'm looking forward to hearing from you and speaking with you! Fdb1014 at G Mail dot com.
