ABOUT

Professional musician, back in the Michiana area. I'm looking for a band to join, genre really doesn't matter. I've played for over 26 years. I'm classicaly trained, performed with a country band, rock-jam band, hard rock/alternative, bluegrass, blues, and jazz bands. I love all kinds of music and love performing. I am used to playing in a band several nights during the week and every weekend. I'd love to get back into gigging, I've been playing with about 6 different symphonies and want to be more creative :)

My influences range from Itzaak Perlman, Issac Stern, to Steve Vai, Joe Satriani, to Jimmy Page, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Randy Sabien, Jean Luc Ponty.... I take influence from all kinds of musicians, not just violinists.

EQUIPMENT

I play on a custom Strauss electric violin, an acoustic violin with a pick up 1883 French made by Rune Karlsohn, a Schecter acoustic/electric guitar, Oscar Schmidt mandolin, Ephiphone banjo, Ibanez electric bass, Marshall acoustic amp, Morley Bad Horsie II wah.
