I have to start by saying that I am a Country Fiddler/Violin player!! I am not interested in Blue Grass Music as I can not get past the singing part of it. I grew up on it and just have never really cared for it at all! My heart belongs to Country!! Being modest and honest, I will tell you that I am not a phenomenal fiddle player! And only in the past 9 years have I become the most serious about music and playing! It is in my blood, heart and soul!! Now that I've told you i'm not a phenomenal fiddle player, I will tell you that I take pride in knowing that I AM a great fiddle player! I do know very well how to handle my fiddle! I am a "by the ear player".. However, I can read music too! I studied Suzuki Violin for 3 years during school in Texas! Then moved to Florida where they didn't offer it in School anymore, and that's when I discovered that I could listen to songs and learn the fiddle parts note for note! Not too long ago I won a musical instrument talent contest in crystal river fl.. Some of my recent endeavors include playing with Mckinley and Beggs, a Country Duo out of Bronson, and playing out to Karaoke with most of the singers at some of our local bars! Which I love to do! And have been doing for 9 years now. Currently I'm not playing with any bands! But I do run a Karaoke Show on Friday and Saturday nights at a local venue.
