I've recently picked up a bass and I think i'ts great. I played with a christian band in PR which many people that heard us thought we would go far, but difference among certain members grew and things began to fall apart. We had a good sound and momentum going. We played at different churches almost every week. I tried to find a sound for me that would fit the band so I try coming up with a progressive sound that's lively but clean with a jazzy thick sound that also is uplifting. Since the band broke up I sold my gear and headed to NYC where I am now. It's been over a year that I haven't played. Not too long ago I began getting that musician's itch to play again. that's why i'm here. but it's like starting new (no fancy stuff) so if there's a few guys who are in my position...send a buzz!!
