These are benefit concerts. The musicians all work for free, but the payoffs are having lots of fun with other musicians, helping the people of Africa, and making contacts. I do have paying gigs other than this, I promise! The bass player flaked last minute, and I am desperate. Must be a quick learner, and able to read music.
