Just moved to orange county from columbus ohio. I am looking for an opportunity to play drums in some sort of a blues or prog or jam band. I have spent most of my music career playing in a jam band with a very large amount of unscripted improvisation. Ideally that's the kind of band I am looking for. I was in a jam bands for 12 years called ruckmoor. I have also played in a grateful dead cover band, and have experience playing hand and auxiliary percussion with a Cleveland based jam band called yosemight.

Unfortunately I currently only have hand drums/auxiliary percussion equip here in CA, granted I have only lived here a few weeks and in a small apartment. Not very conducive to setting up a drum kit. I'm sort of waiting for the right opportunity out here to justify either shipping my kit out here from Ohio or investing in something new. I own 2 kits in Ohio, a Sonor Players kit and a Pearl Export circa mid-ninties. Cymbals are Zildjian either K or A custom, along with a Sabian 'El Sabor' salsa splash.
