ABOUT

FNJK aka Fritz and Janine Kirchner. Together for almost 40 years, it wasn't until 2020 that they decided to embark on their own musical journey.

Fritz, with a long history of music, began his career as the youngest brother of "The Bantams", A gifted trio of brothers, they toured nationwide, while appearing in numerous television shows and movies. As they entered their 20's, they continued to perform under the name "Monkey Chow", making appearances mainly in Southern California. It was at a show at Gazzarri's on the Sunset Strip, where he met his wife, Janine.

Janine comes from a stage background mainly singing and acting in theatrical productions while growing up on the East Coast before moving to California. With her own love of music, it was a natural progression for her to play a supportive role for Fritz's career, and she became active in the management, booking and promoting side of the business.

Flash forward to March of 2020 and the Covid Lockdown. Fritz and Janine picked up their guitars and what started as a fun and creative outlet in quarantine, they soon discovered their chemistry and talent was something to move forward with, and FNJK was formed.

Performing those favorite songs we all grew up with, FNJK is available for local venues, festivals, private parties and corporate gigs. Please PM for questions and bookings.
