Seeking keyboard player that rocks!
Professional working cover band that has played throughout mid-Michigan (Lapeer, Genesee, Shiawassee, Oakland Counties) since 2008. We play the classic-current rock hits that you usually don't hear other bands play, but that still make people dance, move, clap, sing and participate! Currently gigging twice per month, Saturdays only, due to work schedules. Practicing is required and weekends are best for us for rehearsals, as well. We are in our 40-50s, with fulltime regular employment and are doing this for fun, but are also known for our commitment, professionalism and dedication. We are a team that consults all members before decisions are made, including song list additions, gig dates, etc., so our well-suited band mates are those who can communicate well and who want to be an equal part of the group. Although we are searching for musicianship, we are mostly looking for someone who can add something to the already great thing we have going on! We are seeking a great personality and somebody that enjoys what we do, rather than an 'expert' musician! (No drugs/heavy drinkers please.) Vocal backups are a must. Lead vocal ability for a few tunes is a huge bonus!
