been playing all of my life. got tired of the nyc scene and touring seasonally. played atlantic city for about 4 years in the casinos as a lounge act and opening for national acts in the main rooms.

for the last eight years i've been playing in a 7-piece band, and i'm tired of that. great guys, good friends, but it's too much of a hassle considering 7 schedules. what i'm looking for is a slam trio (or four-piece, max) to do either covers, originals or both. bass, drums, guitar (maybe keys?) i have to say it up front: i don't play gigs for free or for "exposure." not anymore. i play to enjoy myself and to enjoy time on stage with other musicians. and i play for money. i like daring song selections and writing. i don't like egos, but i like strong personalities that are passionate about music.
