ABOUT

Fredrix LIVENDIRECT..major label guitarist and bassist, One Man Band Phenom, producer and song writer. I've worked for some great label Universal(8 years), Tommy Boy, MCA, KOCH, SONY, JSR, Murder (THE INC) Records. And have recorded for Platinum Artist JAY-Z,Jim Jones, Diplomats,Tasha Holiday, NewChild, Byrdgang,Hoys (KOCH). As a solo performer I've performed hundreds of shows a year, at lounges, colleges, restaurants, corporate and private, and was the only musician invited to perform at the New York City ART EXPO- 2008 and the 2009 event. Entertaining thousands of people and having them enjoy my music has been my dream come true. I am currently working with a new band "SOUL REBELS" playing bass, while still recording a new CD of original "rebeljazz" (4th cd to date).

Many more than I could put here but I have always dedicated my time and talent to studying the "masters" of all genres, jazz, rock, soul, latin, r&b..everything from Wes Montgomery to John Legend, Jill Scott to Billie Holiday, Ray Charles to James Brown, Jimi Hendrix...especially has always been a great influence on my styleof guitar playing and my stage presence and style.
