Currently seeking a primary lead guitar player, ideally with ability to swap instruments or cover lead vox occasionally. Desired, but not a deal breaker for the right member.

Have been playing guitar and singing my entire life, several bands, a handful of published commercial originals and always looking to improve. By no means a virtuoso, but I will bullseye my part whether out front or backing and leave space for the rest of the group shine.
Laid back and focused at the same time. I am happy to lead and can be an excellent follower as well.
Strong believer in hospitality, courtesy and respect. If you message, I'll answer. A yes is groovy, but a no is cool as well. Not necessarily a personal rejection.

Influences

Foundations of rock as expressed from the 50's through 60's in americana, folk, blues, country and early rock or pop. Love the explosion of classic rock, AOR, fusion and psychedelic of the 70's followed by the refinement in the 80's and the introduction of hair bands. 90's through present has offered alot of intresting stuff too, but my strongest love is for the richness of the deeply arranged guitar driven fully orchestrated rock of 70's and 80's...B.O.C., Boston, Kansas, ELP, Yes, Pink Floyd, Moody Blues, Alan Parsons project, etc and the pure driven rock of ZZ Top, Rainbow, Zeppelin, REO, Foriegner etc. as well as the thoughtfulness of Eagles, America, Bread, James Taylor, Jim Croce, Doobie bros, Tom Petty, etc

If it's necessary to play any of the above we probably have it...set up and ready to go in our studio/practice space downstairs.
....and often times in the lesson studio upstairs...sometimes in the garage...
Sometimes all three....so, alot. If you come to jam with us, you can bring your own equipment if you'd like, or just your favorite pick, drumsticks, reeds or bow, after that we've got you covered.
